General conditions

1. Parlé clothing is sold exclusively through the website www.parle.cc, called The Shop.
2. The Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the contract of the sale with the Customer.
3. Contact with the shop is only possible via the form located at www.parle.cc.
4. The logo, domain, and any designs and images contained at www.parle.cc are the intellectual property of Parlé.
5. The goods offered in the shop are brand new and free from physical and legal defects.

Submitting orders

6. Orders are accepted only through the online store at www.parle.cc.
7. Orders can be submitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
8. Ignorance of the Terms does not release the Buyer from the provisions contained in it.
9. Orders can be submitted only via the form located in the Store.
10.Information on the website of the Shop does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. When placing an order, the customer submits a purchase offer for a specific item. The conclusion of the sale agreement comes at the moment of payment confirmation.
11.The store only contains approximate inventory data that is updated once a day. In the absence of goods purchased by the customer, the shop will inform the customer about this fact using the contact details received by the Buyer while filling in the sales form. The shop is obliged to promptly return received cash received from the customer.

Payments

12.Payments can be made using DOTPAY, PAYPAL payment platform, or payment cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Amercan Express).
13.Prices displayed in the Store are gross priceso.

Delivery

14.Price does not include delivery costs.
15.Shipping is done by courier DPD or UPS, and we do not take responsability for your local duties, taxes and charges imposed by your local Government.
16.Delivery time in Europe is about 72h, and outside Europe for 3-10 days.

Complaints

17.The condition of the complaint is to send the goods to the address of the Seller together with the attached receipt and the attached description of the complaint.
18.The warranty is not subject to mechanical damage or resulting from misuse of the product and natural wear and tear.
19.When making a reasoned complaint involves sending a new item to the Customer or removing the non-compliance, the delivery costs will be borne by the Shop.
20.Individual computer monitor settings that result in erroneous or distorted display of product information (e.g., colors) cannot be grounds for complaint.

Returns

21.The customer has the right to withdraw the contract within 30 days of the date of purchase. Returned goods should be intact, complete, in its original factory packaging, and without wear or evidence of use. The customer is obliged to fill in and enclose with the goods a statement under the regulations. Prior to making the return shipment, the Customer is obliged to inform the Shop by email at contact@parle.cc.
22.The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer. The customer is obliged to properly secure the goods for the return shipment.
23.Within 7 days of checking the goods, the Shop will return the amount paid to the Customer if the conditions of points 17 and 18 are satisfied.

Privacy policy

24.By placing an order, the Customer agrees to the processing of his/her personal data solely for the purpose of performing the order.
25.The Client may also express his/her separate agreement to receive advertising and promotional materials from the Store, including the trade newsletter.
26.The customer has the right to inspect and correct their data and to request its removal.
27.The Seller undertakes protection of the Buyer's personal data.
28.The Seller reserves the right to change the price (not the product purchased before the change).
29.The Seller reserves the right to remove goods from the offer without prior notice.
30.In cases not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
31.Any disputes arising out of contracts between the Buyer and the Seller may be resolved through mediation.
32.The Regulations come into effect on the day of publication on the Shop's website.
